Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel will open its doors in June 2020 after an unprecedented 16-month renovation. The hotel, including its 4,000 m² Convention Centre, will offer a new, iconic New York experience, celebrating 80 years of Marvel storytelling.
A new experience at the heart of Marvel storytelling
Recognisable for its contemporary Art Deco style, the New York art gallery-inspired hotel pays homage to the birthplace of many Marvel Super Heroes and the artists who imagined them. Visitors will discover one of the largest collections of Marvel art in the world, with 300 works by 50 artists. Made up of comic strips, posters, film illustrations, storyboards and original sketches, the collection will highlight the richness of this universe and the artistic side of storytelling.
Completely renovated spaces
All of the 561 rooms have been completely refurbished, featuring a new contemporary and sophisticated style for a serene and comfortable experience.
Two restaurants will enhance the experience: the elegant and refined Manhattan Restaurant offering exceptional dishes and table service, and Downtown Restaurant, a buffet proposing a true culinary journey through cosmopolitan New York.
Two new bars will offer two different ambiances: an elegant atmosphere with a breathtaking view of New York’s skyline at the Skyline Bar, and a trendy setting styled after a Manhattan loft at the Lounge Bar.
The hotel also features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with sauna and steam room, and a fitness center.
The ideal setting for all your business events
Immersion will continue at the Convention Centre. Integrated into the hotel, it will feature an elegant contemporary Art Deco style and will cover a total surface area of 4,000 m². Its 17 rooms will easily adapt to different layouts for events: workshops, conferences and activities. Two plenary rooms, one 1560 m² and the other 1680 m², will welcome the largest groups for conferences, gala dinners and company parties. Finally, its elegant foyer will connect all the rooms and offer space for serving cocktails and coffee.
When it opens in June 2020, the hotel will be fully privatisable according to availability* to combine its spaces, equipment, rooms and 4-star service with your conventions, congresses and seminars in complete privacy and serenity.
